Colours of the tropical North
Caity and Jacob chose to have an all-outdoors wedding at the beautiful Botanic Gardens in Darwin. Jacob is obsessed with Boab Trees, so having their ceremony set in front of the majestic one at the gardens was a no brainer for them.
Their planner Chanel from Territory Weddings helped them tie it all together. My favourite feature were the colourful florals provided by Beija Flor - they literally lasted all day!
Despite it being dry season, the day ended up being very humid, but Caity, Jacob and their loved ones handled it all like absolute champions. I loved witnessing the deeply emotional parts of the day - First Looks, the ceremony and dances had me wiping a few tears behind the camera.
We ventured out for sunset couple photos at East Point, and while there was not much of a sunset that night, the sky and ocean turned into the prettiest shade of blue, which looked incredible against the red cliffs. Once returned to the gardens, we wined and dined and danced the night away under the festoon lights.
