To make planning your wedding less overwhelming, I have created this helpful checklist to structure what vendors you need to book, and when. It includes the vendors, timeline guidance, budget per vendor, and tracking of your deposit and total payment due date.

For the purpose of the checklist, I have assumed a timeline of 12 months from initial planning to your big day. Of course you can plan your wedding or elopement in 6 months or 2 years though - the timelines are here to help break the process down in chunks and to allow you to focus on certain aspects one by one. It's all suggestions though and I highly recommend to contact the vendors that are most important to you first.
